A SHORT HISTORY

The firm was created by Mr. Rex L. Maribao last October 2011, as REX L. MARIBAO-INDEPENDENT BROKER. After 6 months of Operation, it became "MARIBAO REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE" after acquiring Certificate of Registration from the Department of Trade & Industry last April 17,2012.

The office has an accredited Salesperson whose standard of practice is based on Sec.2 of R.A 9646 (REAL ESTATE SERVICE ACT OF THE PHILIPPINES) and the Realty Service Code of Ethics.
